Activities and operations in agriculture

Feed in

Daily Business “on a dairy farm is pushing the feed. For this, the combination of Weidemann machine and the appropriate attachment tool is suitable: e.g. Feed slide (mechanically or hydraulically adjustable), rotary valve or feeder, with which feed supplement can be added.

Muck out the stable

Weidemann machines are a valuable helper when it comes to eliminating the stable. They are characterized by high shear forces. Can be used as an attachment tool z. B. crocodile denture, grab bucket or dung fork.

sprinkling

The driver can fill the spreader with his bevelled and reinforced receiving edge in one operation. The cubicles in the barn can be quickly and effectively sprinkled with straw chaff or sawdust. Depending on the Weidemann machine, different sizes of infill equipment are available.

Cleaning

Weidemann machines can be equipped with various sweepers, weed brooms, high-pressure cleaners or brooms to remove dirt of any kind. Keeping your property and your production facilities always clean.

Bale handling

The handling of round, square or silo bales is one of the daily tasks on your farm. Since there are many different types of bales, Weidemann offers a variety of different bale handlers and bale spears. This means you always have the right tool at hand.

Transport Work

One of the most common tasks that a Weidemann machine supports you with is the transport of various goods and materials. In most cases attachment tools such as pallet fork or various blades are used. Physically demanding handwork is thus mechanised and you benefit from a significant time savings.

Loading grain

Work such as loading grain can be done efficiently by a Weidemann machine. Depending on the machine size, there are a variety of suitable blades. Weidemann machines are generally characterized by a high transfer height. On machines with a loading arm, two strong lifting cylinders are always installed. Depending on the machine type, loading buckets of different lengths are optionally available to achieve the required lifting height.

Remove the columns

Especially farmraces, such as the e.g. The 1140 or the 1160, due to their light weight and compact dimensions, are suitable for driving on and pushing the slatted floors in the barn. Weidemann offers a rubber slider as a suitable attachment.

Fill the feed mixer

Feeding the animals is one of the daily recurring tasks on a farm. Depending on the machine and size, there are a variety of different blades, grabs and tongs that are suitable for removing silo and filling the feed mixer wagon. Especially the maneuverability and flexibility of the Weidemann machines offer real added value.

Grounds maintenance

On every farm there are green areas that need to be mowed regularly. Here we recommend the Weidemann machine in combination with a sickle mower, mulcher or a flail mower with drip tray. Also available are pruning saw, hedge trimmer or double knife mower to cut hedges, bushes and trees.

Winter service

Depending on the model, Weidemann machines can be equipped with various snow blades and rear spreaders. This will give you valuable assistance in winter maintenance to clear the terrain of snow and ice.
